Legacy Cleaners and Laundry provides dry cleaning and laundry services to in-store and delivery customers ("the Customer"). Legacy Cleaners and Laundry processes the Customer's account in accordance with the Customer's Customer Profile. The following Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Customer Profile and will be adhered to by Legacy Cleaners and Laundry. Legacy Cleaners and Laundry reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Customer Profile

The information contained on the Customer Profile will only be used by Legacy Cleaners and Laundry. Legacy Cleaners and Laundry does not sell, or provide to third parties, its customer list or information provided on the Customer Profile. So long as the Customer is an active Legacy Cleaners and Laundry customer, Legacy Cleaners and Laundry requires the Customer to keep the Customer Profile current. The Customer Profile enables Legacy Cleaners and Laundry to better serve the Customer by

  • Processing the Customer's garments in accordance with his or her preferences;
  • Contacting the Customer about garment problems;
  • Mailing special Legacy Cleaners and Laundry promotional materials;
  • Accepting the Customer's personal checks without check verification; and
  • Processing credit cards of the Custome

In-Store Service

Legacy Cleaners and Laundry provides dry cleaning and laundry services on a normal two-day turn around. Same-day service is available upon request. To receive same-day service, dry cleaning and laundry orders must be received by 9:00 am and will be ready for pick-up after 6:00 pm. Monday through Friday only. Any orders dropped off after 9:00am Friday will be ready on Monday after 6:00pm

Delivery Service

Delivery customers receive pick-up and delivery of dry cleaning and laundry twice weekly at no extra charge. The service days are as set forth on the Customer's Customer Profile and represent days on which Legacy Cleaners and Laundry services the zip code in which the Customer resides. The Customer's dry cleaning and laundry will be picked up and delivered in accordance with the instructions on the Customer's Customer Profile. No pick-up and delivery service will be provided on holidays on which Legacy Cleaners and Laundry is closed. Your pickup and Delivery will resume on your next scheduled day. If your scheduled day falls on a holiday and you need service please call us at (405) 359-9700 so that we can provide service to meet your specific needs.

 

Drop-Off and Delivery Bags

Legacy Cleaners and Laundry dry cleaning and laundry bags and bag tags are provided free of charge to Legacy Cleaners and Laundry customers and to Legacy Cleaners and Laundry delivery customers. Such bags and bag tags remain the property of Legacy Cleaners and Laundry and will be returned to Legacy Cleaners and Laundry if the Customer no longer uses Legacy Cleaners and Laundry service. If the inventory sheets are utilized by the Customer, Legacy Cleaners and Laundry will promptly notify the Customer of any discrepancy. If the Customer does not use an inventory sheet, the ticket, as marked in by Legacy Cleaners and Laundry, will constitute the Customer's complete order.

Care Label Instructions

To protect the Customer's garments, Legacy Cleaners and Laundry follows the Care Label instructions on each item it processes. To the extent the Customer desires to not have the Care Label instructions followed, a Garment Release is required and the Customer assumes all liability for the garment. If a Care Label is missing or has been removed from a garment, Legacy Cleaners and Laundry will process the garment in accordance with guidelines for that type of garment established by the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute. Legacy Cleaners and Laundry assumes no liability for garments that have missing or removed Care Labels.

Extent of Liability

Legacy Cleaners and Laundry assumes no liability for items left with Legacy Cleaners and Laundry over 30 days. Any difference in the number of items brought to Legacy Cleaners and Laundry versus the number returned to the Customer, or any damage to an item, must be reported to Legacy Cleaners and Laundry within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery of the item(s). Should Legacy Cleaners and Laundry lose or damage a garment, Legacy Cleaners and Laundry reimburses the Customer with a Legacy Cleaners and Laundry store credit at the retail value of the lost or damaged garment with a valid receipt of purchase.

Holidays

Legacy Cleaners and Laundry is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day and the Fourth of July. Should we observe a holiday on a different day due to the holiday falling on a weekend you will be notified by email at least 2 weeks in advance. For store customers there will be a posted sign on the entry doors of each store stating such schedule change.
